1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of r444, operated at r444.guru. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and r444. They cover account use, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game rules, and all related services.
By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by logging in and placing a bet, you agree to these Terms in full. r444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You may open an r444 account only if all of the following conditions apply to you:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of r444 or any of its game providers.
- You do not already hold an active r444 account.
r444 serves players in Bangladesh. If you are located outside Bangladesh, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses attached to them will be forfeited. To register:
- Provide your real name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
- Choose a strong, unique password. r444 is not liable for account breaches caused by weak or shared passwords.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including r444 support staff, who will never ask for it.
r444 may verify the details you provide at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Deposits & Payments
r444 accepts the following payment methods, all processed in Bangladesh Taka (৳):

Third-party payment fees (if any) are determined by your payment provider. r444 processes deposits as soon as funds are confirmed. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact Live Chat with your transaction reference.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Key limits:

Your first withdrawal will be held for KYC review (see Section 8). Subsequent withdrawals are processed within the standard 5-minute window once your account is verified. r444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if unusual activity is detected.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Key standard terms:
- Welcome bonus: 120% on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount plus the deposit amount must be wagered 8 times before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Reload bonus: 10% on qualifying subsequent deposits, subject to the same 8× wagering requirement.
- Daily cashback: 0.8% cashback on net losses, credited the following day. Cashback funds carry a 1× wagering requirement.
- Referral bonus: ৳100 credited when a referred friend makes a qualifying first deposit. The bonus is subject to the standard 8× wagering requirement.
- Validity: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
Bonuses are awarded at r444's discretion. r444 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Only one welcome bonus is available per household, device, or IP address.
6.1 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or any other scheme constitutes bonus abuse. r444 may void any winnings derived from such activity and close the account.
7. Gameplay Rules
r444 hosts games from providers including Pragmatic Play, CQ9, Playtech, Evolution, Habanero, FA Chai, and Sexy Gaming. Each game operates under its own rules published within the game interface. Where a conflict exists between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.
- Game results are determined by certified random number generators. r444 does not influence outcomes.
- Technical malfunctions (internet outages, device failures) do not entitle you to a refund of a bet already placed and accepted by the server.
- Bet placements are final once confirmed. r444 will not reverse a stake that has been accepted by the game server.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game. These are displayed in the game interface before you place a bet.
8. KYC & Verification
r444 is required to verify player identity before processing a first withdrawal. Acceptable documents are:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Valid Passport
- Driving Licence
Upload a clear photo or scan of one of the above documents to your account profile. KYC review is typically completed within 2 hours of submission. Once verified, your account status is updated automatically. r444 may request re-verification if account details change or if a significant withdrawal is requested.
9. Responsible Gaming
r444 promotes safe, controlled gaming. The following tools are available to all players:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps via your account settings.
- Session reminders: Configure time alerts in your profile.
- Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent account pause by contacting Live Chat.
- Reality check: Enable in-session reminders that display your session duration and net result.
If you believe your gaming is no longer recreational, contact our support team. r444 can refer you to independent support resources. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register. Doing so will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

10. Privacy & Data
r444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection of registration data, transaction records, device information, and game activity logs for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. r444 does not sell personal data to third parties.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
r444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice if:
- False or misleading information was provided during registration.
- The account is associated with fraudulent deposits or chargebacks.
- Bonus abuse or collusion is detected.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
If your account is closed for reasons not related to rule violations, any verified balance will be refunded via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
12. Disputes
If you believe a game result or transaction is incorrect, contact 24/7 Live Chat within 72 hours of the event. Provide the game name, approximate time, and the outcome you are disputing. r444 will investigate using server logs and respond within 48 hours. Decisions based on server records are final where no system error can be demonstrated.
