KYC Verification — Do This First

r444 requires identity verification before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process. Once approved, you will not be asked again. Submit your documents early so there is no delay when you want to cash out.

Accepted Documents

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back. This is the fastest option for most Bangladesh players.
• Passport — photo page and personal data page. Accepted if your NID is unavailable.
• Driving Licence — both sides. Must be valid and issued in Bangladesh.

Photo Requirements

Blurry or cropped photos are the most common reason KYC gets rejected. Follow these rules:

• All four corners of the document must be visible.
• Text must be sharp and readable — no flash glare.
• File format: JPG, PNG, or PDF. Maximum 5 MB per file.
• Do not edit, crop, or filter the image in any way.
• Make sure the expiry date on the document has not passed.

How to Upload Your Documents

   Go to r444 Login and enter your username and password. If you are on mobile, use the r444 App — the upload process is easier on the app.

   Tap your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Account Verification" or "KYC" from the menu.

   Select National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence from the dropdown. Then upload the front and back photos.

   Tap "Submit". The review team checks documents within 2 hours. You will get an in-app notification when your account is verified.

How to Submit a Withdrawal

Once KYC is approved, follow these steps to request your money.

   After logging in, tap "Wallet" and then "Withdraw". The option is also in the top menu under your account balance.
